Our policy allows you to cancel the order up to 10 days after booking the service, however once you have availed of the services unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Incase of any service complaints you may write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The complaint will be attended to within 48 hours at the latest.
Refunds (if applicable)
In order to cancel the booking you must write to us at email@example.com and mention your order number. Once we confirm the service has not been availed by you we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days from the date of intimation to us formally.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If necessary, we may ask you to share your transaction details for a specific period of your credit / debit card which will enable us to see whether the transaction has taken place and refund initiated by us is honored or not.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
